Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return.
2. Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unburned
- In original packaging
- In the same condition as received
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Candles that have been lit or used
- Gift-wrapped items (once wrapping is opened)
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items marked as final sale
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Credit/Debit Card (Stripe): Refunded to the original card
- e-Transfer: Refunded via e-Transfer
- Cash on Delivery: Refunded via e-Transfer to the email on file
5. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. In those cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse reasonable shipping costs.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
