1. Business Identity

KrysFox Co. is a Canadian handmade candle studio operating from Ontario, Canada. By placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Products

All products are handmade. Slight variations in color, texture, and scent intensity are normal and part of the handmade character. Product images are representative but may differ slightly from the actual item received.

3. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. An order is accepted only when we confirm it and process payment.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes at checkout. We accept credit/debit cards via Stripe, e-Transfer invoices, and cash on delivery for local orders. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

5. Shipping

We currently ship within Canada only. Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days; express shipping takes 1–2 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KrysFox Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

All content on this website — including images, text, logos, and product designs — is the property of KrysFox Co. and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
